Do not be alarmed & frightened, for I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified – He is not here – He has risen.

Stop. Slowing it down…

He.

Has.

Risen.

I’ve heard those words.

Said those words.

Believed those words…

… to a point.

You see I considered them,

Easter words –

Tradition words –

Sunday Church Words.

But when I consider them as THE word –

THE light to my path –

THE shelter in the storm –

THE keys to the Kingdom – handed to you and me –

now things change.

When I consider that death, hell and the grave were silenced with one hit – one punch – one blow – in one day – things change.

Now nothing is closed,

Nothing is wasted,

Nothing is too late,

No good thing will He withhold from them who walk uprightly before Him.

For in Him things change

In Him we live.

In Him we move and have our being.

So your age – not an issue

Your gender– not an issue

Your race – not an issue

Its according to your faith – that’s the only issue

In the words of Presbyterian Patriarch John Calvin –

No man is excluded from calling upon God, the gate of salvation is set open unto all men: neither is there any other thing which keepeth us back from entering in, save only our own unbelief.

If you choose to, you qualify –

You qualify – because it is written

You qualify – because it is finished

You qualify – now and forever because

He.

Has.

Risen.
